MCN Food Distribution Program

The Food Distribution Program provides USDA donated foods to qualifying low-income Native American households as an alternative to the SNAP program. The Food Distribution Program’s goal is to provide timely services to any eligible household while preserving their pride and dignity.

What are the eligibility requirements for Food Distribution Benefits?
- CDIB Card | Citizenship Card | Official Document
- Social Security Cards for all household members
- Current Utility Bill with name and address
- Income for the past thirty days.
The Food Distribution Program provides home delivery services to the elderly and disabled participants. If you feel you could benefit from this service, please contact our office.
It is a USDA regulation that residents of cities with a population of 10,000 or more are not eligible for Food Distribution benefits. These cities include: Broken Arrow, Muskogee, Sand Springs, and Tulsa.
The Food Distribution Program’s income guidelines change every year on October 1st. For an updated income rate, please contact one of the locations near you.

Each month, participating households receive a food package to help them maintain a nutritionally balanced diet. Participants may select from over 70 products including:
- Meats: Frozen Ground Beef, Beef Roast, Whole Chicken, Chicken Breast, Pork Chops, Bison, Can Beef, Can Tuna & Can Chicken
- Fruits: Canned Fruits, Fresh Fruits, Raisins and Dried Plums
- Pasta: Egg Noodles, Macaroni & Cheese, Spaghetti, Elbow Macaroni and Whole Grain Rotini
- Dairy: Cheese, Egg Mix, Low-Fat Ultra High Temperature Milk, Nonfat Dry Milk, Evaporated Milk, Butter & Margarine
- Grains: Flour, Cornmeal, Whole Wheat Tortillas, Bakery Mix, Reduced Sodium Crackers, Cereal, Farina, Oatmeal & Rice
- Vegetables: Canned Vegetables, Fresh Vegetables, Soups, Low-Fat Refried Beans, Dry Beans, Dehydrated Potatoes
- Juices: 64 Fl. Oz of Grape, Tomato, Orange, Cran-apple, Apple & Cherry Apple
