The Human Resources (HR) Department provides effective human resource management by developing and implementing policies, programs, and services. Human Resources divisions include Recruitment and Retention, Training and Development, Labor Relations and Benefits Administration. Human Resources tasks include: onboarding new hires, training, policy development and enforcement, benefits administration, leave management, workers’ compensation administration, performance management administration, employee records retention and labor relations.
