- Identify the tribe of which the suspect is enrolled.
- Please ensure correct address.
- You may charge under your normal municipal ordinance code.
- Ensure that the citation displays the Muscogee Creek Nation court date.
Please ensure at least 30 days prior to court date.

Traffic Court Hearings
Traffic Court hearings are in-person. The date on your ticket may not be the actual court date. You will receive a letter from the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Attorney General with your court date.
