Issuing a Citation…
  1. Identify the tribe of which the suspect is enrolled.
  2. Please ensure correct address.
  3. You may charge under your normal municipal ordinance code.
  4. Ensure that the citation displays the Muscogee Creek Nation court date.
    Please ensure at least 30 days prior to court date.

  5. Send electronic citation to the MCN Attorney General’s email at: gvpxrgf@zpant.pbz.
    This includes a picture or copy of the paper citation.

Traffic Court Hearings

Traffic Court hearings are in-person. The date on your ticket may not be the actual court date. You will receive a letter from the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Attorney General with your court date.
