The Muscogee (Creek) Nation National Council passed NCA 21-150 providing direct assistance to all Muscogee (Creek) Nation citizens.

Citizens can apply for Direct Assistance by utilizing the Camphouse Portal or by calling the Assistance Call Center at 918-549-2885.

Camphouse applications will not be live until 11:00 A.M. – Dec. 20th, 2021.

FAQs

 

Q: Do I need to apply if I previously received Direct Assistance?
A: Yes. Everyone must apply for each payment. You need only to verify the address and household members.

 

Q: What if I havent received my first Direct Assistance payment yet?
A: You may proceed to apply for this payment. Each will be processed separately.

 

Q: What if I lost my Netspend card?
A: You may request a new card or choose a different method of payment.

 

Q: What are the methods of payment for this disbursement?
A: You have the option to receive your payment directly to your Netspend card, direct deposit, or check.
