OKMULGEE, UPDATE, MAR 6 — All appointment times are now available Monday–Friday, for everyone that qualifies within our income guidelines to file taxes. Please call the MCN Vita Tax Office to schedule an appointment. The deadline is April 15.

MUSCOGEE NATION, OK, JAN 7 — The Muscogee Nation Tax Commission will be offering VITA/TCE assistance, starting February 2, 2026. The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) programs offer free basic tax return preparation to qualified individuals. VITA sites offer free tax help to people who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns. The TCE program offers free tax help, particularly for those who are 60 years of age and older, specializing in questions about pensions and retirement-related issues unique to seniors.
