Citizenship assists with obtaining citizenship replacement card, CDIB cards and accepting enrollment applications.

If card is damaged, bring old card in for a free replacement
If card is lost or stolen, replacement fee is $5 per card

The MCN Lighthorse Tribal Police has an office at the SRO.

Human Services
The Human Services Program has representatives from Social Services, Energy, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). Social Services staff will also accept School Clothing correspondence for routing to the Okmulgee office.

Family Violence Prevention Program
The FVPP provides a variety of advocacy supportive services to survivors of domestic, dating and sexual violence as well as stalking and human trafficking. Services include: safety planning, court advocacy, Sexual Assault Nurse Exams (SANE), Domestic Violence Nurse Exams, assistance with filing emergency protective orders, accompaniment to court, assistance in locating shelter, legal assistance, counseling, survivor support activities and referrals to a variety of other programs and services.
There is a full-time advocate who offices out of SRO, however; the Advocate is often in the field providing services. Services can be accessed by calling the main FVPP office at 918-732-7979 and appointments can be scheduled with the Advocate housed at the SRO.

Tribal Transportation provides transit services within the (11) Muscogee (Creek) Nation tribal jurisdictional boundaries. These services are available to anyone in the communities and are not limited to tribal citizens.

The Office of Child Support Enforcement was created to
- Enhance the well-being of all Indian children
- Promote the family unit
