The University of Oklahoma Athletic Office is partnering with The Muscogee (Creek) Nation Scholarship Foundation to help support scholarships for Muscogee students. Through this fundraising effort, The Scholarship Foundation will receive $10 of every ticket sold for the Oklahoma vs. West Virginia football game using a designated link . The game will take place on November 11, 2023.

Starting November 1, 2023 , a paper butterfly can be purchased at the MCN Travel Plaza located in Okmulgee. The paper butterfly can be purchased for any dollar amount and will be displayed in store to show your support for National Adoption Month. All proceeds will be donated to the CFSA Angel Tree Project.

Registration for the A.C.E. Education Materials program is now CLOSED. The program received over 1300 applications in less than six hours! Students will be notified of approval on December 1, 2023.

This event is open to Native Americans ages 18+.
The Council Oak Tree in Council Oak Park holds a special significance to the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. It marks where the tribe met at the end of the Trail of Tears after Removal in the 1800s. The tree was the site of the Locvpoka (Locapoga) Tribal Town, where leaders placed coals and ash from the original fires of their homelands. The sacred tree still stands today. MCN will once again gather at this site for the 2023 Council Oak Tree Ceremony on Nov. 4.
